念 念 勿 生 疑，
Niệm niệm vật sanh nghi，
Let not a single doubt arise to haunt us,

觀 世 音 淨 聖，
Quán Thế Âm tịnh Thánh，
For Guanyin Bodhisattva, Holy Sage,

於 苦 惱 死 厄，
Ư khổ não tử ách，
Amid life’s troubles, and the pains of dying,

能 為 作 依 怙。
Năng vị tác y hộ。
Will ever be our refuge, and our aid.
